Free shipping, always
We offer free standard shipping on every order, anywhere in the United States. No minimums, no codes, no fine print. At this time we ship within the U.S. only.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Each piece is prepared with care before it leaves us — you will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery time
Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.
Returns
If a piece is not right for you, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We are happy to exchange unworn items within 30 days, subject to availability. Reach out and we will walk you through it.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and the piece you would like to return or exchange. We will send you instructions and a return shipping label. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.
